Role Overview

We are a small team, and about half the team is technical.

We are primarily remote. Team members live worldwide, in the US, Europe, and Asia. Our team communicates with each other and external developers in English.

Join Douro Labs as an Integrations Specialist and play a pivotal role in reshaping finance with advanced blockchain technology. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, manage real-time data, and drive process improvements. This opportunity is perfect for those with a strong understanding of blockchain and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Your Impact:

  • Work closely with Sales, Development, Support, Legal, Compliance, and Networking to onboard new market data providers.

  • Work with software engineers and developers to fix bugs, rewrite code, and roll out new releases.

  • Liquidity management, monitoring volumes across multiple venues, ensuring that publisher market data is aligned correctly.

  • Monitor real-time pricing data on the network.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data providers to make sure the integration process is efficient and, over time, identify mutually beneficial new business opportunities.

  • Coordinate integration and conformance tests, analyzing metrics and pricing logs.

  • Serve as the front line of support for any issues before and after going live.

  • Identify and implement new processes to improve the data provider experience, which adds robustness to the network.

  • Participate in regular prioritization meetings and help launch new products.

  • Gather feedback from the data providers to help inform Pyth's growth strategy.

  • Work as part of a global team, supporting publishers, infrastructure providers, and internal RM’s.

What We Look For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, externally facing environment, preferably within an Exchange, Trading firm, Bank, or Broker.

  • Ability to run Python scripts.

  • Experience with UAT testing.

  • Ability to manage production issues from start to finish.

  • Deep understanding of technical integration processes on a blockchain.

  • Ability to analyze data logs and metrics.

  • Ability to monitor real-time data and escalate issues as necessary.

  • Knowledge of liquidity management, centralized and decentralized exchange venues, liquidity pools, and volumes.

  • Familiarity with RPC node and Validator infrastructure is desirable.

  • Familiarity with market data and ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the onboarding process.

  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism.

  • Interest and knowledge in Crypto, Pricing Oracles, DeFi, and blockchain.

  • Reliable and predictable availability.

  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in the financial sector.

  • Outstanding writing and communication abilities.

  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and strategy development.

  • A collaborative spirit with a knack for aligning diverse stakeholders.
