The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Game Developer to guide our dynamic team of game developers. As the spearhead of our development efforts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our gaming projects, ensuring they are both captivating and technically sound.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of 6 game developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Game Development: Lead the development of games from concept to launch, ensuring they meet high-quality standards. Proficient in using the Unity engine for 3D game development.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Oversee the adaptation and optimization of games for various platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
• Innovative Design: Collaborate with the design team to implement cutting-edge game mechanics and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Quality Assurance: Establish rigorous testing protocols to identify and rectify any technical issues before release.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Unity engine, especially with 3D game development.
• Proven track record of developing and launching successful games on multiple platforms.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
