Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin/Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is integral to our HR department, supporting various administrative functions and coordinating recruitment efforts to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in human resources and recruitment within the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination:

Assist in scheduling interviews for candidates.Coordinate and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Conduct background checks on candidates.Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.

HR Administration:

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and processing HR-related paperwork.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.Coordinate and schedule training sessions, orientations, and other HR-related events.Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in HR administration or recruitment coordination, with some experience preferably in a start-up or tech environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, and familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a plus.
