We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product/UX Engineer to join our team and drive the continuous improvement of our platform's end-to-end user experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging user journeys that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize user flows: Analyze and optimize critical user flows across the platform, including sign-up, initial deposits and trades, daily activities, and user guidance, to ensure a consistent and intuitive experience.
  2. Gather and analyze user feedback: Proactively source feedback from both existing users and potential users through various channels, such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Synthesize insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
  3. Data-driven decision making: Utilize quantitative data, such as user behavior analytics and A/B testing results, to complement qualitative feedback and guide product decisions. Collaborate with data analysts to define and track key metrics related to user journey optimization.
  4. Iterative product development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and product management, to implement and iterate on user experience improvements based on feedback and data-driven insights.
  5. User advocacy: Act as a user advocate within the organization, constantly promoting user-centric thinking and ensuring that the user's perspective is considered in all product decisions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in product design, user experience design, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, user-centric environment.
  3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and user research methodologies.
  4. Experience with A/B testing, user behavior analytics, and data-driven decision making.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a deep understanding of user psychology and motivation.
