Your Mission as a Solana Engineer:
- Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using Solana.
- Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem, introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.
Your Profile:
- +5 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in Solana development and smart contract creation.
- Solid understanding of Rust programming language.
- Experience in developing cross-chain solutions, with knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Ethereum being a plus.
- Strong familiarity with Solana’s decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for blockchain innovation
