**Your Mission as a  Solana Engineer:**

- Lead the development and optimization of smart contracts and decentralized applications using **Solana**.
- Architect and implement cross-chain interoperability between Solana and other blockchains, such as Ethereum and Cosmos.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the **Solana ecosystem**, introducing new technologies and innovations to our projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and advanced Solana development techniques.

**Your Profile:**

- +3 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in **Solana** development and smart contract creation.
- Solid understanding of **Rust** programming language.
- Experience in developing **cross-chain** solutions, with knowledge of **Cosmos SDK** and **Ethereum** being a plus.
- Strong familiarity with **Solana’s decentralized finance (DeFi)** landscape and its applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for blockchain innovation
