- Conduct troubleshooting of API calls and JavaScript configurations to ensure seamless integration.

4. Bug Reporting:

- Identify and document bugs encountered by customers during the integration process.

- Collaborate with the engineering team by providing detailed bug reports to facilitate efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering (SE), or related field.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, Product Manager, or Program Manager.

- Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot API calls, JavaScript configurations, and write technical documentation.
