The Role

We’re looking for a Solana Developer to join our core engineering team. You’ll work at the intersection of blockchain and AI, helping us build robust, secure, and scalable on-chain programs that power the next generation of developer tools. Your work will directly support our smart contract generation engine, program templates, and live test deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Solana programs using Anchor and Vanilla
  
• Develop and maintain reusable smart contract templates for key use cases (NFTs, DeFi, governance, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with our AI team to enable program synthesis, security validation, and runtime simulation
  
• Write robust unit and integration tests for all on-chain and off-chain components
  
• Review and refactor code to optimize for safety, performance, and clarity
  
• Stay up to date with Solana runtime changes, new SDKs, and ecosystem best practices
  
• Contribute to internal tooling for deploying, simulating, and debugging programs
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Go (used for internal infra and backend services)
  
• 1+ years of hands-on experience developing Solana programs, with strong proficiency in both Anchor and Vanilla
  
• Familiarity with Solana concepts like Accounts, PDAs, CPIs, Compute Units optimization, and runtime constraints
  
• Strong understanding of Solana program security and performance tradeoffs
  
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment
  
• Git proficiency and experience with modern dev workflows (testing, CI/CD, etc.)
  

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source Solana projects
  
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI development tools
  
• Experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and React (used in our frontend IDE)
  
• Participation in Solana hackathons or contributions to key ecosystem tools
