Growth Lead

We are hiring a dynamic Growth Lead to drive our brand presence and product growth. You’ll work cross-functionally to establish our growth strategy, orchestrate major launches, and spearhead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an operations and marketing generalist with the ability to craft compelling narratives, curate and create engaging multi-channel content, and scale product and marketing partnerships.

You’ll be positioned to drive a period of rapid growth, joining at a pivotal point as we introduce our permissionless platform If you’re proactive, resourceful, creative, and curious that thrives in fast-paced environment — we want to chat!

We are headquartered in Flatiron in New York City. This role has the option to be partially or fully remote with a strong preference for candidates who have the ability to work from our New York City office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.

    • Narrative Development: Craft and manage compelling narratives and business opportunities informed by market and ecosystem trends.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product team to align and develop creative growth initiatives.

  • Brand & Content Development

    • Brand: Develop and frame brand positioning, ensuring effective communication across various channels to cultivate audience product comprehension, engagement, and growth.

    • Content: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of engaging written and creative content for Loopscale’s Twitter, newsletter, and blog such as long-form posts on company theses or market trends, technical partnership announcements, and product news updates.

    • Media: Secure strategic placements for Loopscale in industry newsletters and podcasts to expand reach.

  • Ecosystem and Community Development

    • Partnerships: Identify, aggregate, and prioritize outbound and inbound technical and marketing partnership opportunities and manage outreach and partnership logistics.

    • Community: Foster active Discord and Twitter communities by conversing with users, developing relationships with KoLs, establishing and managing a Discord moderation team, and hosting live voice discussions.

    • Events: Oversee logistics for physical brand presence including conference events and speaking engagements.

Qualifications

  • Executional Ability

    • Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work autonomously and resourcefully and take ownership of initiatives

  • Communication Skills

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to simplify and explain complex subject matter

    • Talent for crafting compelling narratives and creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences

    • Understanding of virality, online cultures, and content optimization

  • Experience/Knowledge

    • Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain ecosystem, current trends, and market dynamics

    • Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and scale brand, content, and community across multiple channels
