bloXroute is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our Support team. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be focused on defining clear procedures to create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Independently investigate and troubleshoot problems to resolution by collaborating with DevOps and Engineering teams
- Support sales and business development activities
- Seamlessly onboard new users, blockchains, miners and businesses
- Perform corrective maintenance activities with usersConduct preventative maintenance, such as software upgrades, as needed
- Identify issues and quality gaps in bloXroute’s service for multiple blockchains
- Write technical whitepapers and application notes
- Provide clarity on quality requirements received from management and Engineering team
- Utilize data to provide insights and recommend action plans to improve program QA
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or relevant experience
- Understanding of ETH and EVM blockchain networks
- Experience with using web3 (like web3py, web3js) clients to query blockchain data
- Understanding of blockchain nodes and p2p networks
- Basic understanding of smart contracts and defi
- Basic experience in writing code and infrastructure management (Docker)
