Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of CRM at Blockasset in Gibraltar, with flexibility for remote work. The Head of CRM will be responsible for overseeing customer retention strategies, managing analytical insights, leading the CRM team, conducting market segmentation, and enhancing customer experience.
