As part of our growth story, we are looking for an ambitious Head of Digital Marketing who has experience operating in pre-regulated markets to support the launch of our brands Blockpicks and Blockbet.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Digital Marketing at Blockasset in Gibraltar, with flexibility for some remote work. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping the digital marketing infrastructure from the ground up, particularly as we expand into key international markets such as Brazil, Canada, India, and Japan.

Qualifications

• Oversee all digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and affiliate programs to drive targeted traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase overall brand awareness.
• Provide strategic direction to external digital marketing agencies, managing campaigns, spend levels, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives for each market.
• Continuously analyse, track, and report on digital marketing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLTV), and return on investment (ROI).
• Initially, this role will operate as a solo digital marketer, managing all digital marketing activities. However, as the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the crypto space to integrate innovative marketing strategies into our cutting-edge iGaming platform.
