We are Blockasset, an athlete-only NFT & token platform, bridging the gap between fans and athletes. We are in a period of rapid expansion and are seeking a skilled & experienced Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to help us rapidly grow our online presence & community and build upon the strong foundations already established.

The role falls into two parts, branding and growth. The branding aspect will require a candidate with experience in the crypto space who understands the importance of narrative and storytelling in marketing a new concept. The candidate will also need to be an expert in growth, who can identify marketing channels, solutions and ideas that will efficiently drive new users to the brand and increase adoption on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and plan extensive marketing campaigns with a consistent narrative to build the Blockasset brand
• Improve engagement and conversion metrics throughout the marketing funnel
• Run social media & social campaigns, own social copy & be the voice of Blockasset
• Ensure all marketing, promotion and product materials are consistent in narrative, design & branding
• Finding, managing and implementing crypto YouTube, influencer and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships & relationships to raise token and brand awareness
• Carry out market research to keep up to date with current trends (competitors’ social monitoring, industry trends, best practices, topics, etc.)
• Implement & manage growth hacking strategies to market the BLOCK token
• Ensure the internal Blockasset team are aligned with the marketing and branding strategy & ethos
• Work closely with our Community Manager to evangelise and revitalise the community to become brand ambassadors.
• Be a core presence in the community and on social channels, and develop relationships with key community members
• Provide regular reports on the progress of all growth strategies

Requirements

• Experience working in Web3 & crypto
• Data-driven mindset
• Proactive and self-starter attitude
• Have a strong understanding of crypto and Web3 trends
• Fluent in English
