About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead projects to tackle user problems and help achieve business goals through crafting delightful, accessible, and easy-to-use designs. You’ll be a core member for defining and implementing Arka’s design language for millions of users.

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer with a passion for crafting high-quality visual designs and an exceptional user experience. In this role, you'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design and iterate on Arka’s platform features, ensuring our users have a seamless and engaging experience.

Who will you work with?

You will primarily work alongside product, engineering and customer support teams on projects requiring a strong focus on visual solutions.

What skills & qualifications are we looking for?

• Years of experience - 4 to 8 yrs
• Design Leadership: Lead the visual and interactive design efforts for our product, ensuring high standards of usability and aesthetics.
• User-Centric Design: Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and feedback, using this data to inform design decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design strategies that align with Arka’s business goals and user needs.
• Prototyping and Validation: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Validate designs through user testing and iterative feedback
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure product consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
