Stack. TypeScript/Node · Express 5 · Postgres with Drizzle · pnpm monorepo · Awilix · Vitest · AWS (SQS, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) · Solana via @solana/kit · market data via Alchemy, Mobula, etc . Rust and Go are a plus.

You're the first and only engineer in your domain. Your job is to take an original product vision and turn it into a robust system, holding the entire architecture and smallest details at once.

You will…

  • Build the best trading system in crypto.

  • Own the entire trading infrastructure.

  • Build the payout system that shares fees with the people who drive volume.

  • Turn a dozen data providers into one reliable source of truth.

  • Earn trust at the worst possible moment.

  • Scale the system to $100M daily volume.

You have…

  • Owned the system of record for customer funds across ledger, settlement, and matching.

  • Defined a financial system's consistency guarantees and operating limits.

  • Migrated live financial data with zero downtime and zero loss.

  • Operated a high-throughput system under adversarial conditions.

  • Been the final authority and the last escalation.
