As a Developer Relations (DevRel) professional in our Growth Team 🌟,

you will be instrumental in building and nurturing our developer community. Your role is crucial in promoting Neon EVM's capabilities, educating developers, and fostering a strong, engaging community around our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build relationships with developers and influencers in the blockchain and Web3 communities 🤝.
• Develop and execute strategies to educate and inspire developers about Neon EVM’s features and benefits 📚.
• Produce and deliver compelling technical content, tutorials, webinars, and workshops to empower developers 🎥.
• Act as a bridge between the developer community and our product team, providing feedback and insights to improve our platform 👥.
• Participate in developer forums, social media, and events to advocate for Neon EVM and provide support 🌐.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all developer-focused initiatives 🖌️.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly ⚙️.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience in a DevRel or similar role, ideally in the blockchain or Web3 domain 📁.

Strong technical background with a good understanding of blockchain technology and smart contract development 🧠.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a technical audience 🗣️.

Experience in creating technical content, such as tutorials, blog posts, or videos 🖥️.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ⏰.
