Neon EVM is a high-performance, open source platform for launching decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain using the same programming languages and developer tooling as Ethereum. Ethereum developers can scale performance and access new liquidity without significant code changes, or build scalable applications from day one.

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Interim Head of Growth to lead the development of Neon EVM ecosystem (the key metric is TVL) and drive the innovation that defines Neon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dapps/users’ acquisition, activation, retention, and upsells.

This is a temporary position with the potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
